Your right: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and 2023/2673, EU consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

  • 14 days from delivery date — no reason required.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (EU Directive Art. 14(1)).
  • We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the original payment method.
