  1. We currently serve more than 100 countries worldwide. Please note that if your country has additional regulations regarding the import of food or cosmetics, local authorities may request extra documentation from you. It is your responsibility to review your local laws and provide the necessary documents if required. After ensuring that there are no restrictions, you can freely place your order at ElAfiya.

  2. Yes! It is very important to us that your products reach you as quickly as possible. For this reason, we forward all shipments to our partner shipping companies with the “express” label. You do not need to pay any additional fees for this service — it is automatically included for all orders. Wherever you are in the world, you will benefit from the fastest available delivery.

  3. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

  4. We do not apply a fixed shipping rate. Instead, the shipping cost is calculated based on the following factors: Product weight Item type The distance of your country from our warehouse The total shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

  5. Absolutely! Every order is assigned a tracking number by the shipping company. Once your order is shipped, we will send you this tracking number via email so you can monitor the entire delivery process step by step.

  6. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. If you decide to return your order after receiving it, please refer to our Return Policy page for full details on eligibility and process.

  7. If your order has not yet been shipped , please contact us immediately at orders@elafiya.com and we will update your delivery address. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot modify the delivery address due to shipping company restrictions.

  8. If your order has a “Free Shipping” label, it means delivery will be made to your door at no extra cost. For other orders, shipping costs are automatically added to the total amount at checkout. Please note: Even after completing your payment on ElAfiya, some countries may charge additional import or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s laws and are not collected by ElAfiya .

  9. As your order is an international purchase, you are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees that may apply under the laws of your country of residence. These fees are not included in your ElAfiya checkout total. You may be required to pay them when your package arrives. For customs clearance, the total value of your order is indicated on the package as required by international tax regulations. Please note that customs clearance decisions are made solely by the customs authorities of your country. ElAfiya cannot be held responsible for delays, rejections, or additional charges resulting from customs procedures.

We currently accept the following secure payment methods: Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Troy, etc.) Local Turkish Payment Methods supported via PayTR Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected Middle Eastern countries Please note: Due to regulations in Turkey, we do not support PayPal or Stripe.
